This is what it looks like when cut open. There is meat floss on both sides, a little bit of vegetable cream inside, and the main part is somewhere between bread and cake. It's neither good nor bad.
Salty pork floss meets sweet cake. Flavors really balance eachother out. Moist and fresh. Really good.
