This have always been one of my favorites.
Every time I buy Hong Kong-style dim sum, I can't miss shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and vegetable and pork buns. Godilocks pork siu mai has the most meat juice and a good balance of lean and fat, and it's also much cheaper than the Hong Kong-style doll-shaped dim sum siu mai. I've bought it many times.

I bought the wrong pork blood. OMG!
I forgot to take the picture but the pork blood is here
I bought 2 pig blood so I can make bun Bo hue. I boil both of them and they end up dissolving into the water. Never buying it again, such a waste of time and money.
I never cook this blood before. Hope I got it right
