This is the Cheonggukjang I always buy. I bought it to make anchovy Cheonggukjang.
It's my first time buying this, and it's savory and delicious.
I heard that adding a little soybean paste to cheonggukjang makes it taste better, so I tried it. The taste wasn't bad, but it was quite salty. I bought it again to try cooking just the cheonggukjang next time.
I portion out the cheonggukjang and take out one piece at a time whenever I cook it.
It came with cold package but do not know whether it is good or not. I haven’t tried it yet.
