These are called "Sponge Touch" for a reason. Unlike regular fluffy cotton pads that drink up half the bottle, these pads are designed to absorb just a tiny bit of product and then "give it all back" to your skin. I’ve noticed I only have to use half the amount of toner or essence than I did before.

This brand's cotton pads are very soft and of excellent quality. They can be used to soak up toner and moisturize the face, or to soak up makeup remover and remove makeup. I only love this brand!
