A very slight sweetness, kinda savory as well. Aromatic coconut flavor. Needs to be cooked before eating, I just microwaved a slice of it with some water for like 2 min and it became springy, sticky and chewy. A nice little treat to have

Fatty, sweet, small seeds, delicious.
Note to self: don‘t buy this again. It‘s sweet, but bitter. Not as creamy as the monthong variety. Not all pulp were ripe so some pieces were rubbery and tasteless. the seeds are huge, more than 50% of the flesh. the smell is very pungent and will linger in the home.
The durian was so delicious, I bought it a second time. It was on sale so I bought 4 boxes.
