If you want to make rice paper rolls, it's more convenient to just buy these shrimp.
i thaw it out overnight in the fridge & have it for breakfast (believe it or not- hey, breakfast is breakfast!) over lightly seasoned rice with vinegar & wasabi & lime ponzu sauce! oh, I also have eggs & toast with it!

I've tried a few differant premade tempura shrimp, this one is my favorite. ...good for an easy quick meal with a salad, so much more convenient than making them on site...price is right too!!
Who doesn’t love tempura shrimp. 10 gorgeous shrimp the quality you would find in any good Japanese or Asian restaurant. These shrimp are from Vietnam and I find them particularly tasty. I love the fact that I can whip out a few shrimp. Throw them in my air fryer and have exquisite shrimp. I love to have shrimp udon.

Dried shrimp has so many uses, and it's an indispensable ingredient when I stir-fry rice noodles. Adding a little dried shiitake mushroom strips, shredded meat, and bok choy makes it a fantastic and delicious dish!
