I only have a photo of the finished fried rice. These duck liver cubes are perfect for fried rice or risotto. The cubes are a good size after frying, making them more economical than whole slices without any difference in taste.

Very good quality breast. My only advice is, you will probably want two breasts per person. I don't eat much and even one breast felt like I could use a bit more to eat. So tender and juicy though!
