I only have a photo of the finished fried rice. These duck liver cubes are perfect for fried rice or risotto. The cubes are a good size after frying, making them more economical than whole slices without any difference in taste.
Absolutely amazing! Super easy to make! Came out better than in restaurants! Put for 30sec each side in super hot dry skillet. Dump on paper towel after to remove fat. Salt

As many reviews have mentioned, it was very oily and salty. The photo was taken before roasting, after the duck was heated in a water bath. The duck meat was very tender.
