This was my first time buying duck heads. They had a lot of feathers, so I had to pluck them out while washing them. They were quite delicious.

It's delicious. It reminds me of the duck heads my mom used to make when I was little. Sigh, I miss my mom. The duck heads were fresh, big, whole, and clean. I remember my mom eating several duck heads.

Maple Leaf Farms' all-natural whole duck is a well-known premium duck product from North America. It uses White Pekin Ducks raised on family farms in Indiana, USA, renowned for their tender, flavorful meat with no gamey taste. It includes offal and neck. I used this duck to make salt-baked duck and char siu duck, both incredibly delicious.
The duck meat is delicious and doesn't have a strong odor.

The duck was first braised and then roasted. Half of it was seasoned with roasted meat and chili, and the other half was left plain. It was so fragrant and delicious.
