I made beer-braised duck, and it turned out pretty good; the meat wasn't fishy at all.
The duck legs arrived. They smell delicious. They'd be great for making braised duck.
The meat is of excellent quality. It's super delicious when used to make braised duck legs!
Salt-baked duck leg! Although it was frozen, the meat was still very tender after cooking!
I bought a whole duck once before, but it seemed to have been sick and smelled very bad after roasting, ruining a meal. Since it had been a week since I ordered it, I couldn't return it. This was the first time I had received a problematic duck. Now I only buy legs because I can see the quality from the packaging.
Great package but it is really small. It is still frozen when I received it. Hope it good.
I haven't bought duck legs in a long time, but I made some braised duck legs today. They were very flavorful and delicious.
First time grilling... the meat quality is very good.
I made braised duck legs; the duck flavor was authentic and delicious. I would definitely buy it again.
This was my first time trying to make salted duck legs. I often ate salted duck at home, but I had never made it before. This time, I marinated the duck legs with fried salt and peppercorns and refrigerated them for two days. Then I boiled water, added spices, onions, ginger, and cooking wine, put the duck legs in, brought to a boil, turned off the heat and simmered for 20 minutes. I repeated this three times. After eating it, my family said it tasted good. Next time I will buy a whole duck and make it again.
