This wood ear mushroom is so-so. The main problem is the packaging wasn't sealed properly and had a hole, which is unbelievable.

Good value
These wood ear mushrooms rehydrated nicely and had a satisfyingly crunchy texture. They were a great addition to Asian soups and stir fries.
Love wood ear mushroom for my bihon.
Soaked for a couple of hours before cooking it. Very healthy
This dried black fungus looks natural in color and is uniform in size, with good dryness. However, it has a strong, pungent sour smell when opened, which may raise concerns about its quality. Normal, high-quality dried black fungus usually has only a faint woody, mushroom, or natural dried goods aroma and should not have a noticeable sour or irritating odor.
