Dried snakehead fish is very delicious and seasoned perfectly.
The fish is delicious and perfectly seasoned. No extra seasoning is needed, just a little oil to prevent the fish from drying out. Air fry for 7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes.

If you buy the wrong anchovies, they can be fishy and just salty, but these anchovies aren't bad.

My husband loves anchovies, so I always make stir-fried anchovies so that they don't run out. I always make it with only Haetae stir-fried anchovies! It's not greasy and it's delicious.
This fish is bigger than the ones sold in Korean supermarkets, which you can't see in the photo. It's harder to stir-fry, but the quality is OK and the price is average.

I make stir-fried anchovies as a side dish and eat them whenever I want. They're delicious.
