this is my favorite way to use garlic.
The minced garlic I bought at Costco was too large to use in Korean cooking, but this one has finer particles and is dried in cubes, making it easy to use.
Good for cooking. But not sure it’s spicy enough
I use it really well. It dissolves immediately in water or seasoning.
Since it is a freeze-dried product, it is good to keep and use for a long time.
The bag is only half full, but I like this better than grinding, freezing, and storing it myself lol.
