First try, looks healthy
The packaging was intact, the production date was recent, and there was no damage during transportation. The delivery packaging was also very careful (ice packs/foam were very adequate).
It wasn't spicy enough for me, and a little sweet. The reviews said it can be used in stir-fries, I'll try that next time.
Daxi dried tofu, famous in Taiwan, is of high quality and has a mildly spicy and smooth taste.
