I’ve purchased eddoes many times, it used in the place of potatoes. I’m very happy with the quality and quantity that I received. Here it made with eggplants, seasoned with onions, tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger paste, herbs and spices to taste. Eddoes is a creamy and delicious root vegetable.
The taste is between potatos and purple taro. Not as powdery as the purple taro. The flavor is lighter too.
It's hard to say; sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. It all depends on luck.
A pack of 9 small taro pieces, the size is just right, hopefully they'll be soft and powdery. Thank you, Weee.
