Frozen is okay, it's quite convenient.
I've bought it many times; it tastes better than dried seaweed.
I bought it last time and thought it tasted great after cooking, so I bought it again.
It's very convenient and delicious for making dry pot dishes.
Kelp is good for soup, but it needs to be soaked for a while, otherwise it will be very salty.
Braised kelp knots are especially delicious!
These kelp knots are of excellent quality. I followed the instructions step by step and made them perfectly. Add minced garlic, sesame oil, light soy sauce, a little vinegar, a pinch of sugar, mix well, and it's best to refrigerate them for a while. My family devoured them – they were delicious!
The kelp must be soaked in advance to remove some of the salt! This will allow it to be used in cold dishes!
I've bought this many times; I love this seaweed knot.
