I steamed it in an electric steamer for 20 minutes and served it with Shanghai bok choy. The taste was pretty good. It was just a very small piece, not as big as I expected, so it would have looked better if it had been arranged on a plate with other vegetables.
This Dongpo pork tastes quite good, exactly the same as the Dongpo pork in China. The meat quality is also good, with very little fat and not greasy at all. I would buy it again.
The portion size was pretty good even though it was on sale. Adding a couple of small green vegetables would make it exactly the same as what you get in stores.
It smells good; you can eat it after heating it in the microwave.
