I almost finished eating before I remembered to take a picture. The calories... are just perfect! It's a guilt-free treat when I'm craving something sweet. It's also microwaveable. The noodles were a little hard to soak, but you can microwave them for two minutes and they'll be perfectly soaked.

Healthy cup noodles are hard to find when you're overseas, so I'm happy they're so easy to get.

I finally get to try this konjac noodles
Oh my god, this is so delicious! It's the food I least expect. I'm on a diet and starving in the middle of the night. Microwave it for 30 seconds and sprinkle with Trader Joe's Everything Bagel. How is it any different from the best instant noodles you can get outside?! It's only 10 calories!
I wanted to put glass noodles in the stir-fried octopus, but since I'm on a diet, I used konjac noodles instead! It actually went well together and was delicious.
Must have for hot pot season
Adding shirataki noodles it's so good
I added it to kimchi hot pot and ate it. It was delicious.

So good and low carb, I made abstract with these noodles and it’s delicious.
It smells a bit like seaweed. I ate it as bibim guksu.
I made like a stir fry with them. they taste good I just did not expect that texture don't expect them to be soft or act like regular noodles they're more dense . but it was very filling and I think I added too many textures but overall they don't really have a flavor as long as you wash them really thoroughly and whatever you season them with is what they taste like.
