This is my first time buying this to make braised dishes; I hope it will taste good.

weee delivery packaging is quite nice. A video chef suggested using Jinlan soy sauce in certain dishes to reduce saltiness, so I bought some to keep on hand.
Taiwanese dark soy sauce is clean and has a beautiful color.
