I bought it because I thought it would be delicious to mix red and white miso together to make miso soup.
One of my favorite miso, I think red miso is much better for miso soup it packs a good flavor punch.
Dark miso, light miso, and Gochujang are my secret sauce for this stew: Napa, wakame, enoki with cilantro. Oh and an egg.
Love love love this tried and true red miso for the needed savoury umami depth in my dishes.

First time ordering this. Was a bit concerned with the expiry date posted. But I got mine saying best before 2027.
