It can be used in soups, curries, savory and sweet snacks, cooked in rice etc. Here I prepared dal with red Lentils and split urad. It’s an absolute amazing peas to make dal. It was served with steamed Sona Masoori rice, curried flat beans and coconut choka. Supper was a hit.
