Duck stewed in fermented bean curd is delicious with less fat.
It was frozen solid, so it took two days to thaw even in the refrigerator. I roughly removed the skin and made duck stew. It was tender, and adding medicinal herbs made the broth rich and delicious, so I often buy duck when it is on sale. I find stewed duck tastier than grilled duck.
Duck meat is tender and juicy. I plan on buying it again.
