Second time I've purchased this, it is a bit price-y on here but it beats having to pay addition shipping fee. It is soaked in a sweeter syrup which I typically rinse out before storage. Good sweetened flavor and nice crunch. It does the job for all your dessert craving and lasts a while for me but that's obviously dependent on how much and how often you eat it.

It's super convenient because it doesn't require cooking! Just soak it in hot water. However, compared to another product from the same brand that requires cooking, it's softer and not as chewy.

I use rock sugar in most all of my soup. It tastes better than the regular sugar
I quite like this brand of ice sugar. It's small and easy to control the portion. It doesn't make it too sweet all at once

The small packet contains yellow rock sugar. The advantage is that it's in broken pieces, making it much more convenient to use; whole pieces are less convenient.
