I didn't read the description properly, so I ordered it thinking it was raw minced garlic, but it turns out it's seasoned with oil and salt. I was wondering what to do with it, but I ended up using it in stir-fries and pasta, and I actually like it better since it's already seasoned.
I got both of these and I used to buy the minced garlic from HEB but this one is soooo much better!

So convenient and worth the price over store raw garlic that always seems to be expensive and goes bad quickly. This is freezer friendly and so beyond ridiculously quick to use. The flavor is true to and would have never guessed it was frozen garlic paste. Easy to pop out of the container and easy to sautéed up. So worth the buy and will never go back to expensive store raw garlic after this purchase.
