It was well marinated and the meat was very tender. This conchinillo was a show stopper. Everyone enjoyed the flavor of the meat. The instructions were very general. You have to know your oven very well. It only took an hour and a half to cook this, but I used the convection roast mode on my oven. It has to be convection to cook it fast and have crispy skin. I air it out for 30 minutes then continue cooking in 400 convection roast for another 30 minutes. I will definitely buy again.
It looks so good and the packing very professional
This was a hit on our Thanksgiving celebration! The skin was so crispy and the meat was so flavorful and very tender. So good that I’ll prefer having cochinillo again over a regular lechon. Thank you Weee for making it so easy for us to try cochinillo for the very first time, sa America pa!

So tasty Packing is neat and clean
I was craving for Lechon and this was the closest Lechon I could find that would not break the bank. It didn’t disappoint! I followed the directions on the cover and got the crunchiest Lechon belly I needed. Unfortunately, I have no finished product to show. I forgot to take a picture after I took it out of the oven. To my excitement, I served it as soon as it’s ready. And there you go.. done and gone! I’ll probably get another one for Thanksgiving.

It’s my first time buying this and to be honest, I didn’t even know there is such a thing.. like if there is a Lechon manok and Lechon baboy or if you prefer the smaller Lechon pork belly - there is also Lechon baka. So I tried it. The meat was marinated with the right ingredients and the right amount of saltiness. Overall, very good. You should try this!
