Easy to use and store over time. I was afraid they would be difficult to break apart and defrost but they really aren't at all. They separate easily even while frozen and only take a few seconds in hot water to defrost.
Peeled garlic spoils if left for a long time, so I bought it frozen, but the packaging is thin, so it's good for storing in the freezer. Peeled garlic goes bad in the fridge long term, so I'm trying this one. The package is thin, so it's good to fit in the freezer.
