Wow it’s clams time
This is my absolute favorite. It's fresh, delicious, and convenient. I've bought it countless times.
It's perfect for making tofu and clam soup; it's incredibly delicious...
I re ordered these clams. I bought 2 packs this time since there are times that it gets out of stock. I sauteed ginger, garlic, onion and tomatoes, then added the clams. With some bokchoy, the clam soup was perfect in this cold weather.
Hopefully taste is good! Excited to try thus

Delicious to eat
I used it in acqua pazza. It was delicious with no unpleasant smell. The pieces were a little small, though.
I used these whole brown clams to make sundubu, and they added a natural sweetness and briny depth to the broth. The clams opened nicely during cooking and paired really well with the soft tofu and spicy broth. Simple ingredients, but such a flavorful bowl.
