I used it in acqua pazza. It was delicious with no unpleasant smell. The pieces were a little small, though.
I used these whole brown clams to make sundubu, and they added a natural sweetness and briny depth to the broth. The clams opened nicely during cooking and paired really well with the soft tofu and spicy broth. Simple ingredients, but such a flavorful bowl.

This is my first time buying this; I usually buy another brand from Vietnam, but this one looks pretty good too! The rice dumpling wrappers are also cooked.
One or two grains had sand in them, and the taste didn't seem very fresh.
The packaging looks similar to the clams I used to eat in Taiwan, so I hope the quality is the same once I open them.
The US doesn't have clams from Taiwan, so try the ones from Thailand!
