Young ginger, pickled and eaten slowly, is great for breakfast or dinner. I'll definitely buy more when I finish it.
The tenderest tips of the ginger were all cut off, and the cut surfaces were rotten. It seems we encountered an unscrupulous merchant who only sold the older, cut parts. We used to buy whole pieces. We hope for stricter quality control to ensure that consumers can buy safe and reliable food from Weee.

The recipe is simple: blanch thinly sliced ginger in boiling water for 30 seconds, then heat the basic recipe (fresh ginger: 300ml, vinegar: 200ml, sugar: 4-6 tablespoons, salt: 1 teaspoon) until the sugar dissolves, then pour it over the sliced ginger in a jar. It's ready after 2-3 days of pickling. Homemade food is always good because you can eat it with peace of mind
The ginger flavor is very fragrant; it would be even better if it were more tender.

When I received the ginger, it looked perfect, and I was going to make Three Cup Chicken. But when I took out a large piece of ginger to slice, the inside was already moldy and light orange, so I had to throw it away. It wasn't very noticeable from the front, but I could see black holes from the side where it had rotted. I hope you will remind the staff to pay attention to this. Thank you!
