I use it for my spicy beef noddle
Beef stew is very delicious.
I initially bought them for soup (I love to use rib meat in soups and stews), but then decided to marinate and grill them. Some of the slices are quite thin so might wanna go easy on the marinade with those so as not to oversaturate them. The thicker slices came out tasting the best.
It's pretty good, the meat is very fresh and not too fatty.
This was my first time buying short ribs. I pan-fried them with butter, and they turned out pretty good.

Three pounds of beef brisket is a generous portion, and it's so convenient – no need to cut it into chunks! I used it to make tomato and potato stew with beef brisket. It pressure-cooked for an hour until it was finally tender and delicious . It would probably be great for beef noodles too.
