I absolutely love Tongguan bread. It’s so delicious and flaky that I prefer to croissants. Super easy to make, just heat them up. They puff up so nicely. Add something breakfast meat like ham and melted cheese and it’s perfect breakfast sandwich

This is a great value pancake. It turns out perfectly when pan-fried over low heat (left side of picture 1). The darker one on the right was pan-fried and then air-fried for 10 minutes; it's a bit dry and the inside didn't puff up as well as the one on the left. You can stuff it with lots of things.
I'll buy it again. It's delicious and convenient.
