The outer leaves are a bit damaged, but if you peel them off, it is fresh.

This delivery was really not good at all. The leeks were wet, not in a bag and really yellow as you can see. The green part is not green at all, and you can see that I had to throw away layers of it already. This was a disappointing delivery.
I cut it into small pieces and freeze it before using it. It's sweet and delicious.
I havent bought alot of leeks before but these look to be really large and fresh!
