Repurchased! Soybean noodle soup is a summer delicacy!! It's easy to make, and the soybean powder is nice and nutty.
I repurchased this because I remembered how delicious it was last summer. It is just as tasty as ever. It might just be my personal preference, but the soy milk was a bit salty, so I only dissolved 70% of the soybean powder and substituted the remaining 30% with black soybean powder I had at home, and the ratio turned out just right. The chewy noodles are really good.
