Thick boneless cuts of sea bass. Family really enjoyed it. One pack came frozen with 2 individually wrapped pieces. Flavor is buttery sweet. Easy to cook: brown the outside on a pan, then pop in oven for 10 min.

These fish fillets are excellent; the fish meat is very delicate, and they're fragrant and delicious after just a quick pan-fry.
I think barramundi might be my new favorite fish! It has no fishy smell at all, and it’s so easy to cook. The texture is tender, and it works really well with simple seasoning like salt, pepper and garlic powder. Definitely something I’ll keep buying.
