chicken leg quarters,nicely still frozen with good packing.defrosted they can be used for any type of cooking,and any cut up or whole legs as you like.i love how juicy and tender the thighs 1/4's are cooked with the skin on,(it can always be removed if you choose).i plan to bake them 325 with scallions, leeks onions,carrots,celery,and gold potatoes.thinly sliced garlic cloves under the skin,is terrific.leftovers,if any are great for soup.enjoy!

Since there's a large quantity, I'll divide it into smaller portions and refreeze it. I like that it's boneless with the skin on.
I keep buying this because my kids love it when it has chicken skin on. It's delicious fried, roasted, or baked in the oven with the skin side up. The bag is often torn and the juices leak out when thawing, so I put the bag in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator when thawing.
