- The package contains a lot of chicken feet, and they're huge! I made pickled chicken feet as soon as I got them It was so enjoyable to eat my homemade chicken feet while watching TV Homemade is cleaner, safer, and tastier! Here's how: 1. Remove the nails from the chicken feet, cut them in half, and wash them thoroughly. Add enough water to a pot, along with a few slices of ginger, scallions, and a little cooking wine. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, and cook for two minutes. Remove and rinse thoroughly. 2. In a separate pot, add the cleaned chicken feet, ginger, scallions, and boiling water. Bring to a boil again, add cooking wine and a little salt, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked through (they should be tender enough to be easily touched with chopsticks). 3. After cooking, remove the chicken feet and rinse them with cold water. Place them in a prepared sauce (containing garlic slices, pickled peppers, green and red chilies, and ice water). Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for better flavor. (You can add lemon if you like, but remember to remove the seeds, otherwise it will be bitter.) I didn't add lemon because I don't like lemon.
- sealed package
- The logistics service is excellent, and the goods are clean and fresh. I often repurchase from them.
