Pão de queijo is a good gluten-free snack or breakfast since it's made from cassava flour (some recipes use tapioca). I really like these and 32 oz is the largest size I've seen! I usually bake mine at 400 F for over 20 minutes so I can get them a little well done (just be careful to grease your pan well or to use parchment paper underneath).
