I bought the hairy gourd again; it was very fresh. Today I sliced it and stir-fried it with chicken and carrots. It was a balanced meal with both meat and vegetables, and incredibly nutritious! It tasted great!

I got a huuuuge squash for a cheap price, so i cubed and frozen it to be enjoyed this whole month.
I received a beautiful butternut squash. I used it to prepare a sweet desert call conkie. The butternut squash was grated, mixed with coconut, corn meal, coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and almond extract, and other spices… wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. It was quite nice and refreshing with a cup of tea.
