This is the first time I've bought these hairy gourds. One is large, and the other is small. The skin is very thick. The larger one even has a seed, probably because it's too "old" . It's not suitable for stir-frying or making soup, so it's a waste.

I bought them to make pumpkin steamed buns. They smelled nice, but weren't very sweet, which was good. The skin was really hard and difficult to peel.

Pumpkin buns arrived. They're delicious. They're very fragrant after just 15 minutes in the air fryer.

Personally, I prefer the pumpkin bun; it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but not as sweet as the corn bun.
While air-frying the salt and pepper chicken, I casually tossed one in to see how it tasted. The result was a pleasant surprise – crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with a perfectly sweet and fragrant filling.
I saw some good reviews, so I bought it to try. I hope I won't be disappointed.
So delicious! Buying it at full price would be too expensive, but it's a great deal with the discount, so I'm stocking up!
Air fry at 340 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes; it will be very soft and chewy, but slightly sweet.
