I stared at it for a long time before I realized it was char siu. Why was there no label or date, and it was all oozing liquid? I remember buying it before; the packaging was really nice!

This is an item I'd repurchase endlessly. One serving is quite large, enough for many meals. Whether added to ramen or used in char siu fried rice, the kids love it.
It is frozen hard, which I like so I can choose to defrost it for a meal or put it back in the freezer. The meat has that butchers twine you can use as a guide for your cut chunks I will be using mine for ramen. Also pictured the freezer bag and dry ice pack all the frozen stuff was delivered with
