It is frozen hard, which I like so I can choose to defrost it for a meal or put it back in the freezer. The meat has that butchers twine you can use as a guide for your cut chunks I will be using mine for ramen. Also pictured the freezer bag and dry ice pack all the frozen stuff was delivered with
Delicious! I portioned it out, sliced it, and froze it for later use.
Bought it 3times, taste really good with rice or noodles, I shared it to my sister and she likes it
Cut it up, portion it out, freeze it, and it's quite delicious when cooked with ramen broth.
This quantity definitely feels like a great deal. I'm looking forward to tasting it.
I've bought it many times. Adding it to ramen makes it taste just like the ones you buy outside.
I bought the smaller packaged ones before and really liked them, so I bought this one.
Kids love it! It's a great tool for making Japanese ramen, I'll definitely buy it again and again.
I bought it before and thought it was delicious!
Regular restocking and self-cutting are cheaper than pre-cut ones.

I've bought it many times. It's easy to use.
Serves 2-3. Soft and delicious. It's more expensive than the char siu block, but I prefer this. It's $10 more expensive, but I guess that's ok...
It was really good, finally found chashu meat for our favorite ramen. My son rate it as 10/10.
Pretty good size, excited to use with ramen
I wish I have the time and patience to make my own chasu for noodles. But this one is really tasty and tender. We like it, and we’ve ordered it a couple of times. Wish the prices go down, and at least put more slices in a pack!
They're thick cut, but six slices.
First time buying this. Gonna make some homemade ramen
I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but I was disappointed because about 1/3 of the steps were tough. I don't think I'll buy it again.
