My elderly dad loves this instant rice fish porridge. He’s in a nursing home and the food is not great. So it’s great to provide these for him when he wants a taste of home.

First time buying, salty, soak in hot water for at least a few minutes, otherwise the cereal will be hard when you bite it
I take one pack every day with hot water. Sometimes I put some chopped celery in it. It tastes really good and I don’t feel hungry after drinking it.

If anyone doesn't like oat milk, they will like this yam multi grains cereal, just add boiling water and it's done, it's a bit salty and very tasty!

dispatch is really good explain when you're not feeling good or you're sick this perfect to eat but I made a new dish with it I add King oyster mushroom garlic onion and garlic and egg it is really good.

The sliced meat was added separately. The packaged oil had a rancid smell, which was disgusting, unlike the bowl-packaged oil.
