Arrived in good condition
Great brand of milkfish to either grill or deep fry. Make sure to coat it with some light flour so when it's deep fried, it keeps its belly shape. Once done, place a side dish of tomatoes/cucumbers/cilantro/pepper & salt /soy sauce with some Italian salad dressing and watch your family and guests' appetite zoom up. You'll see all their smiles wipe away your sweat in preparing a fantastic meal. WOW and YUMMY !!!!
