I made the biggest stirfry of japchae and these noodles were perfectly chewy, glossy and delicious. That would’ve been great it was if they put how long to boil the noodles for on the packaging. Either way it was a success.
If you make Korean-style mixed vegetable glass noodles, you need to cook them for a while to make them soft.
