The pork kidneys were very tender and fresh, and they tasted delicious when stir-fried with ginger and scallions.
It weighs 2 lbs and has 4 waists; it's quite large. It looks very fresh.

The pork loin is very thin and small. There is not much left after processing. Not worth buying
It's pretty good but it's a bit difficult to deal with the smell. I tried to remove the middle part that causes the unpleasant smell.

I love this pork tripe the most, and I've ordered it many times. It's also very easy to prepare; just wash it with water.
The pig stomach was quite large and had been preliminarily cleaned. However, I don't know what to do with the pile of white fat or fascia that fell off after thawing. Why was it left behind?
