A delicious cake that isn't too sweet
Food is my savior! Every time I open the pantry and see so much food, I feel incredibly reassured. I always buy honey castella, but this time I wanted to try matcha, so I bought this.
Tasty and not too sweet . Come pre sliced. Easy to share!
Yummy and not too sweet
It has a large, substantial texture, isn't too sweet, and has a subtle aroma. While it doesn't have a strong tea fragrance, this makes it less cloying and more enjoyable to eat.
The honey flavor I ordered last time was delicious, so I tried the matcha flavor too. It was a bit disappointing because the castella particles were fine.
This was my first time buying it. I didn't really taste the matcha, but it was delicious as a castella cake.
it looks good i guess I have to let it defrost in the fridge for a day then 1 hour on the counter from what I read online
