There was a bit less burdock root than I expected. But I bought it because it was convenient.

Since burdock root is expensive, these frozen foods are a lifesaver. No need to chop it either. I happened to have some shredded carrots, so I added them to increase the volume.
It arrived partially thawed. There was nothing wrong with the product itself, and I enjoyed it very much when I made kinpira gobo (braised burdock root).
