I received a bag of beautiful green Gai Choy. This is a family favorite. It was sauteed with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and spices of my choice. It is an absolutely amazing vegetable. I forgot to take pictures of the end product; will definitely be repurchasing this greens.
