White mushrooms are tender and fragrant. I made mushroom and shrimp paste with them, and it was so delicious! (Here's how: 1. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and squeeze shrimp paste into the grooves of each mushroom. 2. Pour a little cooking oil into a frying pan, heat it, then turn to low heat. Sprinkle a little salt to prevent sticking. Place the mushroom and shrimp paste mixture, shrimp side down, in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp paste is golden brown. Flip it over so the mushrooms are bottom-side down and continue to fry over low heat for 2 minutes, allowing the mushrooms to slowly release their delicious juices. 3. Add the sauce (a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce for flavor), add boiling water, and simmer for two minutes. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions. So delicious! )
