This knife is alright, it's very sharp, but I didn't chop the ribs very smoothly. Maybe I'm just not good at it, haha!

Chopping ribs is easy and cutting meat is quick. The knife is a bit heavy, so you might get a sore wrist after a while. It's a good quality knife, but if you don't chop bones often, it's probably not necessary.
