It's been a long time since I found this authentic Vietnamese flavor. The bowl was just the right size, slightly sweet, so I added a little more broth and less shrimp paste, tomatoes, and celery. I was so satisfied after finishing the bowl! Lots of toppings and the snails were quite large and crunchy.
I bought it for the first time and it's not sour, but it tastes good.

It’s ok. The broth is a little too sweet for my taste. I had to add a lot of lime juice and mam tom ( shrimp paste) to make the broth better. But the toppings and noodles is pretty good, not soggy
