this broth helps me cook Bun bo hue successfully. My family gives me a praise that it tastes like the one in Vietnamese restaurant. I mixed the broth with the water that I cooked with beef, lemongrass, onion, ginger, shrimp paste...to create a broth like in the picture.

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
Texture is good, with good flavor of rice
I followed the instruction like boiled noodles in boiling water for 14 minutes, but it doesn’t work. I boiled at least 25-30 minutes, then leave as it for 5 minutes after removing the heat. Finally, drain noodles with cold water to prevent from noodles getting sticky.
