Then I turned off the heat, covered the pot, and let the soba sit for another 2 minutes. Immediately afterward, I transferred them to ice-cold water and rinsed them several times. The result was fantastic! The soba turned out perfectly al dente, with a wonderfully nutty flavor and satisfying texture. To beat the heat, I made a refreshing buckwheat soba salad, and it was a success! I'm delighted with how it turned out!
